After-Sales Service
I. Warranty Period
Under normal use and maintenance conditions, if there are performance faults caused by materials, workmanship, or manufacturing issues, we will provide free warranty service within the warranty period.

Warranty period: 2 years for the entire device; 6 months for accessories such as batteries, chargers, and cables; special project products' warranty terms are subject to the specific sales contract. The warranty period starts from the purchase date indicated on the invoice.

II. Warranty Coverage
1.Under normal use and maintenance conditions, if there are performance faults caused by materials, workmanship, or manufacturing issues, we promise to provide the following warranty services within the warranty period. If the seller or any third party makes additional commitments, you should ask them to fulfill those commitments, and we will not be responsible.
2.The following situations are not covered by the free warranty:
-Any modifications, disassemblies, or repairs not authorized by us.
-Faults or damages caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage by the user.
-Damages caused during shipping and handling.
-Damages caused by accidents or human actions, such as liquid immersion, dropping, improper input voltage, etc.
-Damages caused by impact, fire, lightning, water immersion, human negligence, natural disasters, or force majeure.
-Exceeding the specified warranty period.
-Altered, replaced, or tampered product serial number labels. The product model or number on the serial number or warranty certificate does not match the actual product.

III. Return/Exchange Service
1.Within 7 days (inclusive) from the first purchase date, if the purchased product has a performance fault, and it is confirmed by our after-sales service engineer to be caused by the product's quality issues, you can choose to return, exchange, or have it repaired for free.
2.Within 30 days (inclusive) from the first purchase date, if the purchased product has a performance fault, and it is confirmed by our after-sales service engineer to be caused by the product's quality issues, you can choose to exchange or repair it for free. We will replace it with the same model and specification product or accessory for free. If the same model and specification product or accessory is discontinued, we will replace it with a product or accessory of no less than the original product's performance. Special note: The attached items and packaging should be returned together. The replaced product or parts will become our property, and the new product or parts will become your property.
