1、Can I disassemble and repair the thermal imaging device myself?
Disassembling the thermal imaging product by the user during the warranty period will void the warranty.

2、Why can't my phone access the internet after connecting to the thermal imaging device's WiFi?
The product uses WiFi to transfer data and does not have internet connectivity.

3、What should I do if the image is unclear, has vertical lines, or the background is uneven?
Please follow the image calibration section in the user manual for calibration.

4、Why is the interface icon clear, but the image is blurry?
Please check for dust on the external optical surface of the lens and adjust the focus using the lens focus ring.

5、What should I do if the time display is incorrect or the date in the internal storage folder is wrong?
Please set the time in the device settings.

6、How should I store the thermal imaging device after use?
To avoid scratches on the lens and damage from oil or chemical contamination, please cover the lens with the lens cap after use.


7、What type of battery does the long-range thermal imaging device use?
The thermal imaging device has two built-in rechargeable 18650 batteries. Users can purchase standard 18500 batteries as a backup. The device does not support charging 18500 batteries.
